Ok, so when you get out of a year long stint in the bing by only doing 7 months, I would think you'd be a little more careful!

Apparently Clifford Harris...a.k.a. TI, feels differently.

So last night he and his wife Tiny were driving around, when he busts out and makes an illegal u-turn. That's when the L.A. County Sheriff's deputies pulled them over...and noticed an overwhelming odor of that wacky tabacky.

After they searched the Maybach...TI and Tiny were arrested on possesion of a controlled substance (ecstasy)

They were released on a $10K bond.

For a good belly aching laugh...picture Lindsay Lohan's estranged father, Michael Lohan opening a faith-based rehab center. (Pot...I'd like to introduce you to the kettle!)

According to the doting dad:

"After seeing what my daughter, myself and other people I know have been through, it has led me to realize this is my calling and purpose in life."

He struggled with drug and alcohol addictions...the apple didn't fall far from that tree!

Supposedly his new clinic won't actually have medical professionals...instead it will focus on the mind, body and soul.

So I know you love when celebs Twit-pic...but in Paris Hilton's case...she's totally regretting the Twit-pic of her super cute brand new Chanel bag!

Especially since that's the same bag she told the cops that she "borrowed" when they found a powdery substance in it!

I've always thought that Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were toooo cute!

But what wasn't so cute...Star Magazine claiming:

"Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her. I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn't Demi."

Of course Ashton's camp totally denies it...and he even hit up Twitter:

"I think Star magazine calling me a "cheater" qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees."

Shortly after...Demi re-Tweeted what her husband said...and added: "Excellent point my love!"

Justin Bieber was recently interviewed...and admitted that he would love to remake the movie Grease... be the word for with Miley Cyrus of all people!

According to Justin:

"It would be a lot of fun. It's been talked about a lot over the years, but it would be awesome to play Danny, I would go for Miley Cyrus without hesitation. She can sing, dance and act."

Lindsay Lohan's ex-boo Samantha Ronson...well her bulldog, Cadillac, allegedly mauled a neighbor's two-year old Maltese dog to death.

This morning 911was called to report a dog attack. Animal Control came to the scene...but they didn't take Cadillac.

So much for Jesse James pining away for Sandra Bullock...

The ink on the divorce papers is barely dry...but Mr. I Can't Keep It In My Pants, Jesse James...has moved on to Kat von D!

They were spotted canoodling yesterday in Fredericksburg, Texas.

Just the other week Fantasia was getting rushed to the hospital after her attempted suicide. That hasn't stopped her from promoting her latest album.

Yet more drama surrounding the cast of Jersey Shore...they're being sued for assault by a lady claiming the cast's security guards assaulted her when she got into it with Snooki!

So the lady's chin got cut and she has a little scar and now she's trying to sue everyone under the sun!

In addition to the entire cast, the lawsuit includes their bosses at 495 Productions, MTV and its parent company, Viacom as defendants!

Can you say she's just trying to get paid from someone!
