Rumor has it that Nicollette Sheridan slapped the show's creator Marc Cherry with a $20 million lawsuit claiming he's guilty of assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination. Nicollette states in her lawsuit that he "took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head." Then shortly after the incident...her character was abruptly killed off.
