Siovaughn Wade has caused so much drama in this divorce from her husband Dwyane Wade. She recently filed a suit against Gabrielle Union (on behalf of her kids) for breaking up her marriage. Not to mention the STD rumors and the dead beat/abusive dad rumors...just to name a few!
Well today she was a no-show for a scheduled court date in her ongoing divorce proceedings...and so Cook County Circuit Court Judge Marya Nega issued a bench warrant and set bail at $10,000.
Judge Nega was not happy...saying:
"When things don't go according to Mrs. Wade's way, all of a sudden the phone's turned off. Maybe it's time for the kids to go live with Dad for a month or two". The judge is tired of Siovaughn's games...not allowing Dwyane to talk to them every night.
After her erratic behavior, Wade's attorney, James Pritikin, told reporters that he had been planning to ask the judge to give his client physical custody of their sons, Zion, 8, and Zaire, 2...that Siovaughn "unstable, dishonest and unbalanced" and are requesting that she in undergo a psych test.
According to Siovaughn's attorney...she thought her attorney had been in a car accident and just assumed that court would be cancelled...really???

Taylor is adamant that he's not guilty...and his wife thinks the charges are "all bullsh!t."

Ramapo Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence said that investigators found LT asleep inside the room when they first arrived to the hotel and they were able to recovered a condom and other physical evidence from the room...but absolutely no drugs or paraphernalia at the scene.

Last week, rumors were a buzz about Kim Kardashian's ex-husband allegedly physically abusing her during their 4 year marriage. Not to be out done...Damon Thomas called up the tabloids to give his version of the facts.
He said Kimmy is "obsessed with fame" and "jealous and competitive with her sisters." (shocking revelation, I know!) "She can't write or sing or dance, so she does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media". "That's a fame whore to me. It's just not cool at all."
As for the alleged abuse accusations, he claims it is "absolutely not true" and that Kim never filed any kind of restraining order on him.
And he's claiming that she was getting her freak on with several dudes during their marriage...at one point she was kicking it with J. Lo's ex-husband Chris Judd! Which is supposedly the 'real' reason he filed for divorce!
Apparently he had paid for Kimmy's lipo and her tata's. Then as soon as she was healed, he saw a photo of her on a date with Chris Judd in clothes he bought her for her post-surgery body!
Enough already, Heidi Montag! Because multiple surgeries in the same day weren't enough...now she wants to increase her breast size from 700 cc's to 800 cc's.

The King of Pop's dad Joe Jackson is a denying allegations that Michael Jackson had an affair with Jason Pfeiffer (Michael's former friend Dr. Klien's office assistant).
Joe was upset, stating: "It's not true. Michael was not gay. Klein has no respect for Michael ... to say things about him when he's gone is shameful."
Jason Pfeifer was trying to air his dirty laundry...claiming he had a sexual relations with Michael, and that Dr. Arnold Klein walked in on them sans their shirts.
Not sure why the uber private Michael would have been openly gay, like Dr. Klein is implying.

Bret Michaels has been discharged less than two weeks after he suffered a brain hemorrhage. According to Dr. Joseph Zabramski from the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix:
"Mr. Michaels was indeed a very lucky person. He's improving and I expect him to continue to improve. I really expect that he will fortunately make a 100 percent recovery."
Last week I told you that Halle Berry and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey had called it quits. Supposedly Gabriel had grown tired of their 9 year age difference. But really Halle told him to kick rocks:
"She kicked him out months ago because he wasn't able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on".

Oscar-nominated actress, Lynn Redgrave passed away last night in her Connecticut home. She was surrounded by children Ben, Pema and Annabel.
Her publicist Rick Miramontez, spoke on behalf of Redgrave's family:
"Our beloved mother Lynn Rachel passed away peacefully after a seven year journey with breast cancer. She lived, loved and worked harder than ever before. The endless memories she created as a mother, grandmother, writer, actor and friend will sustain us for the rest of our lives. Our entire family asks for privacy through this difficult time.
The family has endured tragedies leading up to this. Last year her niece, Natasha Richardson, died from head injuries sustained during a skiing accident. Most recently, her older brother, Corin Redgrave passed last month.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Dukes of Hazzard star Catherine Bach called 911 to her Encino, Calif. home for her husband Peter Lopez. Police and paramedics swarmed to investigate a possible shooting.
According to LAPD department spokesman Lt. John Romero. "We're still in the early stages of the investigation, but what we gather is it's an apparent suicide."
Bach's publicist, Steve Rohr, released a statement:
"The Lopez family has suffered a tragic personal loss. Catherine and the girls ask for your prayers."
The couple married in 1990 and have two children.
Rumors have been swirling that President Barack Obama had an affair with former campaign aide Vera Baker. The National Enquirer (consider the source) is claiming that a "security video" could expose everything!
Vera Baker insists that "nothing happened" between them. However, the Enquirer says anti-Obama "operatives" are digging hard into the alleged affair and willing to pay $1 million for information confirming it.
A celebrity gossip tabloid, claims to have an anonymous admission from a limo driver...who alledges that he: "drove them to the hotel and they went in together! My services for the evening were done," he notes, adding that "there was absolutely no indication she was going to leave the hotel that night."
Investigators are trying to get their hands on the "supposed" on-site hotel surveillance video camera footage could provide indisputable evidence that the couple spent the night together there.
