Charlie Sheen is getting ready to plead guilty to misdemeanor charge stemming from the assault on his wife Brooke Mueller.
He's working on a plea deal with the Colorado District Attorney's office...and he's looking at 45 days in Aspen's Pitkin County Jail.
Charlie is due back in court June 7.
