Chris Brown can finally (legally) buy a drink. He recently celebrated his 21st birthday!
Yesterday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg praised Chris...for adhering to the terms of his probation and community labor and attending his domestic violence counseling.
He has completed all but one of his required 52 anti-domestic-violence counseling sessions, and has served 290 hours of community labor...which will need to be completed by his August 26th court date.
