After the bench warrant for Lindsay's no show in court...then posting bail...finally La Lohan appeared in court today. Judge Marsha Revel told her she could stay out on bail but she cannot drink alcohol and must wear an alcohol-monitoring SCRAM device and submit to random drug testing. (I hope for the best, but considering her past...lets be real!)
Lindsay will have to start wearing the not so cute SCRAM bracelet within 24 hours and will have to be at every scheduled alcohol education classes.
And the judge also told her that she can't leave LA! (Like it will be hard for her to find parties out in LA) The judge really didn't care that Lindsay is supposed to be in Texas to start filming a movie!
Judge Marsha Revel asked her if she understood the conditions, she answered, "Yes, your honor."
La Lohan is due back in court July 6 to determine if she violated her probation...if she does than she'll be looking at 180 days in jail!
