No La Lohan just got hit with a lawsuit from a Los Angeles boutique...claiming Lindsay never paid in full for clothing, jewelry and other accessories she purchased between November 2009 and this past February. To put it into perspective...she's paid $180 on her $17,060.83 bill!

Wanda Kelley of Los Angeles was the lucky winning bidder of the infamous Swarovski-crystal-studded glove Michael wore on his 1984 Victory Tour. The glove was expected to sell for $20-$30K...Wanda dropped $190,000...cuz according to her, "let's just say I wasn't walking out of here without that glove," WOW!

Jeremy London (blast from the past from Party of Five)...well he was kidnapped and terrorized for almost 5 hours last week.
He told police that the attackers forced him to "smoke dope then purchase booze"
According to a Palm Springs, Calif., P.D. officer...Jeremy got kidnapped while on the side of the road trying to change a flat tire.
It's still unclear how he was able to get free, but during his time captive..."He spent hours thinking he was going to die and he did what he had to do not to end up shot or dead".
His kidnappers were arrested in Palm Springs, driving Jeremy's car
One of Gary Coleman's last request eas that he be cremated.
So earier today at 5:15 p.m. at a Salt Lake City mortuary...his wish was granted.
According to his attorney Robert Jeffs:
"The proceeding was conducted in accordance with Mr. Coleman's desires as expressed in his will that no funeral service, wake or other ceremony memorialize his passing".
Sadly his ashes will be stored until the courts can make sense of who really is the executor of his estate.

WTH is going on with the cast of Big Brother?
Now Tonya Paoni from the 3rd season, has been charged with reckless homicide and aggravated DUI for allegedly causing a five-vehicle crash that killed two people last summer near Springfield, Ill.
She was arrested May 27 and is still serving time in Sangamon County Jail...guess the reality show check wasn't enough to cover the $1 million bond or $100,000 cash bail.
Per Springfield's State Journal Register:
Paoni was driving east on Interstate 72 at 10 p.m. on July 17, 2009, when her Toyota Corolla rear-ended a Ford Explorer, which then plowed into a median and rolled over several times.
Cameron Weider, a passenger in the backseat of the Explorer, was thrown from the SUV and died at the scene.
Then, another of the Explorer passengers, Eric Finneran, who was standing along the westbound side of the road following the accident, was hit and killed by a passing car.
The driver of the Explorer, Zachary Barnes, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
Now Paoni is looking at charges...two counts of aggravated reckless conduct, two counts of aggravated reckless driving, DUI and speeding.
Back when Chris Klein was in "American Pie" I thought he was such a cutie...now post DUI...not so much!
This fool was 2.5 times the legal limit...when he drove down the 101 Freeway in LA this morning.
This is his 2nd DUI in the last 6 months. His bail was $25,000 and he could be looking at jail and according to California law...if he's convicted again he could get hit with an "ignition interlock system" installed in his vehicle...it's basically a breathalyzer test that's synced up to the car and if he's not sober, it won't turn on.

This is so f***ed up. Now that I'm awake, she just left but I have no recollection of what happened to me. I'm just crying right now hiding in my toilet...my entire room is in shambles. All the new furniture is broken and glass all over the bed. I don't know what's happening!"
This of course sparked a visit from the North Hollywood Police to conduct a "welfare check" on her.

The other rumor is that he's trying to leave Cali with his daughter Sunny so his jail-bird (well she was recently released) ex-wife Janine Lindemulder might be looking to sue for custody...and since she will be on probation and unable to leave the state...Janine won't be able to have visitation.
I'm sure you weren't totally shocked to learn that the breakup of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt was really just a publicity stunt.
But what we didn't know was how much planning actually went into this little charade.
So the $5.5 million Malibu crib Heidi and Jen Bunney were so able to find and move into...well the lease was signed days she allegedly left Spencer...yet neither Heidi, Spencer nor Jen's name appear on the lease! And the lease is only good for 3 months... with an option to re-new for six months or a year.
It's all a little too convenient if you ask us.
After denying the rumors of their affairs...tehn both leaving their spouses...finally LeAnn Rhimes and Eddie Cibrian got caught on camera smooching (they're first post adultery public sign of affection!)
I know this will come as a terrible shock...but it turns out that the Spencer Pratt/Heidi Montag split may have just been yet another publicity stunt!
Rumor is that Spencer showed up at Heidi's Malibu home and they sure didn't act like a non-speaking fighting couple. One source actually thought that he might be trying to move into the Malibu beach house!
So if the Lakers' lose the NBA Finals...LA's mayor has said it is ok for the Lakers' #1 fan Jack Nicholson to wear Boston Celtics green for a commercial about how great Bean Town is!
But if the Lakers' pull out a win in the finals than Boston's 2 most famous celebs, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck will have to do a public service announcement talking about how fantastic everything in LA is from the beaches to the food!
Blanche Devereaux (from the Golden Girls) a.k.a Rue McClanahan passed away earlier today at age 76 after suffering a stroke.
Co-star/friend Betty White released a statement:
"Rue was a close and dear friend. I treasure our relationship. "It hurts more than I ever thought it would, if that's even possible."
Betty White (age 88), who's career has made an amazing comeback...is the only surviving Golden Girl
Estelle Getty (Sophia) passed away 2008 at age 84
And last year Bea Arthur passed away age 86
Golden Girls producer and writer Marc Cherry (more recently famous for Desperate Housewives) spoke about McClanahan's passing:
"My favorite character to write for was . In the hands of lesser actresses Blanche's vanity and sexual appetite would have been off-putting. But in Rue's brilliant hands, that character became one of the most beloved in the history of TV. Rue's kindness, generosity and talent will be sorely missed."

Well that's exactly what happened to former Vice President Al Gore and his wife Tipper.
They sent an e-mail to friends:
"We are announcing today that after a great deal of thought and discussion, we have decided to separate. This is very much a mutual and mutually supportive decision that we have made together following a process of long and careful consideration. "We ask for respect for our privacy and that of our family, and we do not intend to comment further."
Before it was anything for the paparazzi...but now that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have seperated...Heidi would like everyone to respect her "privacy" (LMAO)
Don't get too excited about the split...no legal papers have been filed and there are absolutely no plans to divorce at this time (can you say publicity stunt!)
John Mayer had to cancel the remaining shows on the European leg of his tour. He's heading back to the US to recover from an undisclosed illness..his webite states:
"a full recovery is expected under a doctor's supervision."
Have no fear...he will pick things back up on July 16 in Charlotte, N.C.
I'm all for personal expression...but this might be a little much...mainly cuz she's on 17!!!!
