Lindsay Lohan can't seem to catch a break. Not only is she wearing the not so cute SCRAM bracelet...her assistant recently up and quit!
No La Lohan just got hit with a lawsuit from a Los Angeles boutique...claiming Lindsay never paid in full for clothing, jewelry and other accessories she purchased between November 2009 and this past February. To put it into perspective...she's paid $180 on her $17,060.83 bill!
