Lindsay Lohan's lawyer is hoping that the judge will delay her civil lawsuit trial because La Lohan's life is plastered all over the vblogs on a daily basis...and since the addition of her SCRAM bracelet to her wardrobe...'everyone wants her to crash and burn so bad!
Since he feels like she's already been tried in the court of public opinion (a.k.a. the blogs)...it might be difficult to find an unbiased jury.
Guess this might spice up her July 6th court date for the criminal charges...where she's looking at 6 months in jail!
