The ever-charming Scott Disick (a.k.a. Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy)...well he got into it with his neighbor yesterday she criticized his parking job.
Then Scott got out to start yelling at his female next door neighbor:
"Look at you! You know I have to sell my house cheaper because of you! You're disgusting, I would kill myself if I looked like you... you whale!"
Kourtney tried to calm him down...but to no avail...the cops were called but no arrests or citations were made.
