The late Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, well within 6 months of her passing...he had liquidated a majority of her accounts and had withdrawn 80% of her wealth.

It wasn't until his own untimely demise did the spending stop.

Now Brittany's mom, Sharon is falling on tough financial times...she was living with the couple when they both passed.

After Simon died, his mom ordered Sharon to move out of their Hollywood Hills house...and of course she's standing up for her son, claiming:

"If there is money missing I have no idea where it is. He didn't get much, maybe a few hundred dollars, and he paid off debts with it. He spent most of his time crying his eyes out most of the time."

Not to speak ill of the dead...but I'm pretty sure he got more than just a few hundred dollars from the late Brittany Murphy

Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr secretly got married...and now she has a little 'bloom' in the oven!

Kendall Jenner (a.k.a. the 14-year old half-sister of Khloe, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian) has really gotten into this modeling thing!

Lindsay Lohan stays surrounded by drama...she was recently subjected to a strip search at Lynwood Correctional Facility...now her lawyers want her to spill the beans!

Mainly because another inmate filed a class action lawsuit alleging unlawful strip and body cavity searches were conducted by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies.

The suit claims that female inmates at the facility are strip searched in plain view of each other in an open parking lot. 

Ke$ha recently did an interview with Paper Magazine:

Hope La Lohan enjoyed the visit...cuz at the Century Regional Detention Facility, inmates can only get visits from friends and family members on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:30 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.

She can meet with her lawyers on week days, between 9:15 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Robert Shapiro will soon be replacing Shawn Chapman as La Lohan's attorney inher DUI case.  

Lindsay is due back in court this Tuesday...when she is supposed to turn herself in to start her very dreaded 90-day sentence!

According to Mr. Shapiro...the only reason he decided to defend her is if Linds actually does jail time!

"I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition she comply with the terms of probation, including a requirement of jail, imposed by Judge Revel. Ms. Lohan is suffering from a disease that I am all too familiar with. Hopefully, I can be of assistance to Ms. Lohan and Judge Revel in implementing a treatment approach recommended by medical professionals for Ms. Lohan's long term recovery."

Finally it seems like someone may be trying to look out for Lindsay's best interest!

This hits a little close to home for him...his son Brent, died of a drug overdose in 2005.

But according to the officer at Corsica's Figari airport:

Last December, Allison Coss and Scott Sippola tried to blackmail John Stamos for $680K because they supposedly had compromising photos of him.

Now John has always denied the allegations, he admitted that he met her a while back and kept in touch but there was never anything inappropriate that went on.

Well Lady Justice found the couple guilty of extortion (a.k.a. the investigations did not turn up any of the comprosing evidence they allegedy had against John Stamos)

Here'a what the very relieved John Stamos had to say:

"I would like to thank the court, the FBI and the US Attorney's office for their swift and efficient dealings in connection with this case. The allegations made regarding an inappropriate relationship are completely untrue. These slanderous allegations to smear my reputation were part of their defense to redirect attention away from the federal crime of extortion. There was no hot tub, no drugs, no nudity and nothing sexual in nature involved in my friendship with this woman. They lied about everything from a pregnancy to compromising photos.I'm grateful these two criminals have been found guilty and I plan to go home to be with my family and friends and prepare to get back to work."

I bet he can't wait to make his debut on Glee this fall!

Not sure how Oksana managed to remain so calm during the assault.

Lindsay is steadily tweeting that her inapropriate choice of nail color did not have anything to do with her court date...either way...it's still not a good look.

Lindsay Lohan's judgement day has finally arrived.

As of July 20th...La Lohan will be doing 90 days in jail for violating probation...followed by a quick (much needed) stint in rehab.

Padma Patil (Afshan Azad) from 'Harry Potter'...well back in May she was assaulted.

They have been released on bail...but expect them back in court July 12.  

So Drizzy Drake had to cancell his upcoming European tour...to be with his mom while she recovers from surgery.

Despite my best hopes, it is apparent that my mother will need surgery earlier than anticipated.  In light of this news, I have made the difficult decision to cancel my European tour in order to support her during her recovery. I ask everyone to please respect my family's privacy during this time. She's been the most supportive person I've ever had in my life--the only person that loves me unconditionally, really. I know a lot of people love me and I love a lot of people. But to love somebody unconditionally is different."

Remember the classic movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off?

Well it turns out that Principal Ed Rooney (a.k.a. Jeffrey Jones)...he forgot to update his sex offender registry, so the cops picked him up last week on felony charges.

In case this is coming as a shock to you...back in 2003 he pleaded no contest to having a 14-year old boy pose seductively for him...and under Megan's law...he was forced to register, visit a counselor and complete five years' probation.

Andrew Garfield...he will be playing a young Peter Parker in the upcoming Spider-Man movie
