Padma Patil (Afshan Azad) from 'Harry Potter'...well back in May she was assaulted.
Now her father and brother have been charged with threatening to kill her during that fight. As if that weren't bad enough...her brother, Ashraf Azad, has also been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
They have been released on bail...but expect them back in court July 12.
