La Lohan just can't seem to stay out of trouble!
The latest and most disturbing accusation...is that Lindsay was driving her Maserati and hit a baby stroller....that had a baby in it!!!!
According to thewitness:
"There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street. Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, then just kept going. I'm 100 percent sure Lindsay was driving because I saw her with my own eyes. I asked the kid if she was okay and then asked the woman. She was kind of shocked and didn't really know what to say ... you could tell she was scared."
Of course there are different versions of this story...one witness claims that Lindsay came out of the garage like a bat outta hell and only paused at the light instead of a full stop.
Another witness says the impact was minimal...that it's possible Lindsay didn't even realize it happened!
