It's almost like Lindsay wants to go back to jail...since she failed her first drug test after being released early...a bench warrant has been issued for her arrest.
Although she's still getting off easy...they are not sicking the dogs on her until her court date this Friday!
Her drug tests revealed she had cocaine and amphetamines in her system.
In other Lindsay news...she was suing E-Trade for $100M...claiming that one their commercials featured a grownup-sounding spokesbaby, the company used her name and image by referencing a "milkaholic" tot named Lindsay. LOL!!!
