Must be nice to be La Lohan...she gets out of jail early...than fails her drug tests...goes back to jail for less than 13 hours! Lindsay was finally able to post $300,000 bail...and now she will be fitted with yet another "SCRAM" bracelet. Get this...she's actually supposed to stay away from places that serve alcohol...not likely! According to the LA Sheriff's Dept: "She's been very cooperative -- always has been. Let's hope this is the last time." She heads back to court on Oct. 22...for yet another probation violation hearing.
