The other day I told you about Mario getting arrested for alleged getting into an altercation with his mom.
But before we go off..we need all the facts!
Supposedly his mom, Shawntia Hardaway, told the cops that she feared for her life after he pushed her, yelled at her and damaged stuff in their B'more apartment.
According to Mario's attorney:
"An unfortunate incident between a loving son and a mother who continues to struggle with a devastating addiction. Anyone who has waged the battle to save loved ones from the forces of drugs knows the irrational behavior that almost always accompanies their actions. Despite the allegations, Mario remains committed to supporting his mother."
