Looks like TI's good deed of talking down a suicidal jumper off the ledge...didn't sway the judge in his drug case
According to U.S. District Judge Charles Pannell Jr:
"T.I. has had about the limit of second chances."
Then he sentenced him to 11 months in the bing for violating probation.
T.I. tried to plead his case:
"I screwed up. I screwed up big time, and I'm sorry. I'm truly and sincerely sorry. I don't want and I don't need to use drugs anymore. I want them out of my life."
Judge Charles Pannell clearly didn't care...seeing as how T.I. was on probation after the very same judge gave him just a year and a day in prison for his 2007 arrest on weapons charges.
According to the judge...T.I. initially lied to a probation officer when he was caught with five pills of ecstasy back in September.
Then it goes from bad to worse...T.I. claimied the pants he was wearing really belonged to a designer
As if that wasn't bad enough...who do the cops find in the back seat...Cortez Thomas...the very same convicted felon who was the middleman in weapons sting that got T.I. hemed up back in 2007.
Earlier this year, Tomas was arrested on ecstasy and marijuana distribution charges...all while driving T.I.' car, which just happened to have large quantities of cash and a random gun inside it.
Not terribly surprising that T.I.'s post incident drug test proved that he had opiates in his system!
