Justin Bieber has stumbled into yet another assault allegation.

Luckily for Biebs...it's his bodyguard that is in the hot seat!

According to Jason Nicholas (the celebrity photographer/victim) says:

"He was standing off to the side, near the London Hotel, acting like "a gentleman" when "Bieber comes out with a small group, two bodyguards, one handler and one other person. Without blocking the door, I stuck my camera out with my arm and shot him. Then one of the men protecting Justin "snapped" and he shoved me up against the SUV. He was super aggressive and it happened right in front of Bieber, who got right in the car, but I got some usable pics out of it. When Bieber got into the car, he put his mouth to the glass and let out a roar, like a primal scream, with his mouth wide open, it was so odd."

Sounds a little bizzare to me!

So Kim Zoliak of The Real Housewives of Atlanta...is expecting a little one with her NFL lineman Kroy Biermann.

Well he asked her to marry him and she (of course) said yes!!!

According to an insider:

"They are both really happy about both the baby and their engagement and cannot wait to start their new lives together. Kroy proposed to her and bought her a substantial ring, which she has shown to a few friends, although she is not wearing it in public yet."

Naturally, the couple is in talks to get their own spin-off reality show.

I wonder if Kroy has a problem with his pregnant baby mama smoking a cigarette? Of course her people swear the picture was taken before she "knew" she was preggers...

I know initially you thought it was because she heard that her ex-Reggie Bush put a ring on his new girlfriends left finger...but alas...that did not stop Kimmy from moving on!

So the third season of Jersey Shore is set to air January 6...but the cast is already trying to hammer out their paychecks for season 4!

As to be expected...the cast wants more money...but get this...they actually want ALL cast members to get their own spin-off shows!

Now I'm no producer, but I don't see that happening...matter of fact...I heard that Snooki, Pauly D and The Situation might get a spin-off but the other cast members...not so much!

This is so very scary...but Michael Brea (best know for a small cameo on Ugly Betty)...he's been taken into custody for allegedly chopping off the head of his mother with a samurai sword.

The cops arrived to his Brooklyn home approximately 2:20 this morning. There was blood everywhere...his mother's head had been sliced off...and he was just there holding a bible. Apparently the cops had to use the taser to subdue him,

According to a neighbor:

"I hear [Brea] chasing [his mother] through the house and he's just saying a bunch of [Bible] passages like, 'Repent, Repent, Repent.' I heard him chasing her through the house and I heard a loud scream and so I have my father call the cops."

Kanye is not only trying to work on a high end clothes line...but he just snatched up the franchise rights so he can open up 10 Fatburger restaurants in Chicago.

The L.A. County Probation Department and the officials at the Betty Ford clinic...have ok'd for Lindsay Lohan to be able to drive around.

So her ever loving dad Michael Lohan...dropped off his Benz convertible so Linds can drive around in style!

Bluewater Comics' is about to release an unauthorized biography comic about Beyonce

It's set to hit shelves this January...it's called "Fame: Beyonce" and the 32 page comic book will trace her rise to fame in the music business.

So much for her tour with the Jonas Brothers...Demi Lovato has checked into a treatment facility to deal with emotional and physical issues.

According to her rep:

"Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help. She is doing just that. She regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future."

  In really sad news...Lily Allen just suffered her second miscarriage...and this time she was six months pregnant.

According to her rep:

"It is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby. The couple ask that their privacy be respected and that they be left alone at this deeply distressing time. No further comment will be made."

Her first miscarriage was almost 3 years ago when she was dating musician Ed Simons.

Willow Smith can now whip her hair as a 10 year old...she's celebrating her double digit birthday today!

Former 'Jersey Shore' personality...Angelina Pivarnick...may not be making a name for herself from the show...but that didn't stop her from getting jumped at the Hot Topic in the Staten Island Mall.

According to her 'crew'...she was minding her own business when she was attacked from behind...then at one point someone threw a bottle that hit her lip.

Of course she called teh cops...but it's kinda weird that mall security has a different account of the events...more like the whole episode was simply an accident!
