'm sure at this point Mel Gibson is rethinking having baby Lucia with his baby mama, Oksana Grigorieva!
When they went for mediation back in June, she conveniently forgot to mention about the domestic violence issues.
So basically she wanted to extort him to get him to pay a pretty penny...by threatening to relase the tapes of his crazy rants!
Well Mel will be back in court tomorrow trying to ask the judge to not allow Oksana custody.
