Teen Mom star Amber Portwood...is in extremely hot water...she's looking at felony battery charges for hitting and shoving her former fiance Gary Shirley.
The Madison County (Ind.) prosecutor's office have charged her with two counts of domestic battery and one count of neglect of a dependent. (All of which are felonies)
She's faceing up to 3 years in the bing and up to $10K in fines per count...abd above all of that...she would likely lose temporary custody of little Leah.
