Miley Cirus may be beefing with her dad Billy Ray...but it didn't stop her fro hopping on a plane to Haiti.
I'm hearing she's pitching in to help citizens recover from last year's earthquake. She has teamed up with Sean Penn's The J/P Haitian Relief Organization. This photo was taken outside her hotel.
