Lindsay Lohan has overcome at least one burden...officials with the Riverside County District Attorney are not filing charges against her for the December 12 altercation with her rehab nurse Dawn Holland.

Her mom, Dina Lohan said:
 
"Lindsay didn't know until Tuesday night when I texted her the good news. She texted me back, 'Great, Awesome! Thanks Mommy. Goodnight!' We are all just so relieved, we were all waiting for the truth to come out that Lindsay was innocent. Lindsay has been working on her sobriety. She has been following the Betty Ford program and they have been supportive throughout this entire experience. They stood behind her."

Hopefully for LiLo she will have it just as easy during the grand theft trial

Casey Abrams can breathe a sigh of relief...now that the American Idol judges used their save card on him!

According to J-Lo:

Harry Potter star Emma Watson is planning to take an extended hiatus from Brown University,

As you know, I love Brown and I love studying pretty much more than anything but recently I've had so much to juggle that being a student AND fulfilling my other commitments has become a little impossible.

I've decided to take a bit of time off to completely finish my work on Harry Potter (the last one comes out this summer) and to focus on my other professional and acting projects. I will still be working towards my degree... it's just going to take me a semester or two longer than I thought : )

Not like we didn't see this one coming...but Charlie Sheen has officially been fired from Two and a Half Men.

According to Warner Brothers:

"After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen's services on 'Two and a Half Men,' effective immediately."

Charlie is planning to sue because he feels they fired him for insulting show creator Chuck Lore. Here's what Charlie had to say:
