Charlie Sheen Makes It To DC - Reveals He is a Birther

|
charliesheenatcourt.jpgWhere do we start?  After one of the craziest days in the crazy life of Charlie Sheen, the former star of Two and a Half Men took to the stage of DAR Constitution Hall Tuesday night at about 9 PM to joke about running for president, say some stuff about estranged wife Brooke Mueller and face down a few hecklers.

What will be the biggest controversy to emerge from Charlie's time in DC?

According to Charlie's own tweets and the picture he posted, Sheen, Goddess Natalie and the gang somehow scored a police escort to make it to Constitution Hall, and Charlie told media staking out his arrival they, "ran more redlights than Brooke Mueller running around a pawn shop."  (for those who don't know, Mueller was rumored to be pawning items to pay for a bender before her alleged entry into rehab this past weekend.)

Ummmmm, WHO PAID FOR THAT?!?!?!?!  No word about which airport Charlie landed at, but I have a feeling the police in that jurisdiction have more important and relevant business to be attending to.  Did you want your tax dollars going to this?  Probably not.

Once at the show, Sheen decided to joke with the crowd about running for president, saying, "I was f#$@ing born here... Nothing photoshopped about my birth certificate."

Then, he went on to say he would pick his pal Nic Cage for Vice President.

Worst of all, DC Housewives cast members Michaele and Tariq Salahi were in the crowd and out in front of the venue before the show trying to get as much attention and TV coverage as possible.

Doesn't DC have any bigger celebs who were interested in stopping by?  Sure, Tony Kornheiser from ESPN said he was going to go, but, by his own admission, the chances of him being awake and in attendance at the end were very unlikely, especially after the one hour delay.

If Charlie tears apart any hotel rooms while in DC tonight, we'll let you know.  Although, he appears to be very tired after a long day.
