Pink Fashion Rocks(ed)!!!!
The show was stunning! PINK JAMS! partnered with the Greater Washington Fashion Chamber of Commerce to bring us all this beautiful pink fashion show to promote breast cancer research. Betsey Johnson (who couldn't be there in person but sent those in attendance a wonderful message on video) headlined the runway. All of Betsey's artwork was on display as well. 14 DC designers auctioned off their signature pink pieces to benefit the show, donating 100% of the proceeds. The Charm City Devils who won the iTunes' 2009 Rewind Best New Rock Band (and just finished touring with Motely Crue), played live during the runway show. Angie Goff did an amazing job emceeing the event. And don't worry TTS will be bringing you lots of video of all the fashions and interviews. So check back with us on our blog.
