Let get Started....
Please Wash your Hands...
Okay, now we are ready to start....
*Preheat oven to 350°F.
Start with the Meatballs First....
Mix all ingredients- GB, Onion, Garlic, Bread crumbs, Parm, Salt, Pepper, Eggs and Italian seasoning in a bowl. You should mix until all ingredients are combined.
Once mixed together use a Tablespoon to loosely measure out the mixture (Large scoops). Place the mixture in your hand and roll it into a ball. Once in a ball set aside for cooking. Repeat this process until the desire amount of Meatballs are made.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grizzle the pan with Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Place the Meatballs in the skillet.
*Please remember don't crowd them in the pan, you want them to brown.
Turn the Meatballs every couple minutes to brown on all
sides.
When the Meatballs are done, let them rest for 3-5 minutes.
Warm up your marinara sauce over low heat and let simmer for15 minutes
Chef Huda's Tip: Place your Meatballs in your sauce for the last 5 minutes.
While your Sauce is simmering, it is a Great time to cook your Pasta. Pasta will take 10-12 minutes to cook in Boiling water.
Make sure you stir the pasta occasionally while it cooks. This will help loosen up the pasta and help it not stick together.
When the pasta is done, pour into a strainer, let drain and set aside.
While everything else is working....Don't Forget the Bread....The Garlic Parmesan Italian Bread that is....
In a medium size bowl, mix the butter, garlic, and parsley together in a small bowl. Cut the bread in half. Spread butter mixture over the the two bread halves. Place the bread halves on a baking pan. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes remove the Bread from the oven.
**Change the oven heat to Broil. **

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over bread and Return to oven on the top rack closest to the Broiler.
Let the Bread broil for 2-3 minutes until the edges of the bread become Golden Brown Toasted yumminess and the Parm melts.
*Please note: you must Watch the Bread...it will burn, if left alone....Focus on the the
Bread.....Trust me it's worth the time...
