Lil' Kim has supposedly signed with a new label and is gearing up for a big come back in the new year. I sort of wish she wasn't wearing sun glasses in this promo pic. Who doesn't look good behind big black oversized shades? There is no question Lil' Kim is an icon in the music industry but her future as a record selling artist is questionable. Nicki Mianj has got the female rap game on lock right now. Minaj is a huge international star, she's got almost eight million followers on Twitter and over fourteen million 'Likes' on Facebook. Nicki also has a new song coming out with Madonna and M.I.A. Oh and she is performing at the Super Bowl. The problem is most people would now be quicker to associate Lil' Kim to her beef with Nicki than reference her by any of her past hits. Her comeback can only be successful quite simply if the music is good. If the music is good, people will respond to it well and probably buy it. Otherwise a comeback will not be happening anytime soon for the Queen of Rap.
