I absolotley love smallville and no one is a bigger fan than moi (I think) I would love to see lois and clark together which they will in the last season (duh). The chemistrey between them is so funny and whenever it gets emtional between them lois always has to punch clark so it is a bit 2 ovious dere (lol)

I just would like Clark to open his eyes and love Chloé because she is the one he needs. She is very clever and beautiful.

I would like Lois to be with Green Arrow, Lana to be with Lex but my preference goes to CLARK AND CHLOE !!!!

I hope the scenarists to take into account fans opinions :-)

I am a huge fan of Chloe, I think she the best thing in Smallville and the best thing that ever happened to Clark.

Lana and Lois - just don't get me started on them. the first is so sad it makes me wanna throw up. God why do they keep bringing her into the picture. Seriously die already Lana. And Lois - isn't she on the show as eye candy - really think about it.

Seruiously there is only one woman for Clark and that Chloe - wake up Clark or youll loose her. I mean how long can a girl wait. A strong, beautiful, intelligent girl like Chloe, Its a wonder she hasn't moved on already.

I loved the cliffhanger at the end of season 5 with clark stuck with the phantom zone. One of the many things I love about Smallville is the way they tie in the Superman comics, ranging from little one line references to introducing the green arrow. I hope they stick around for a season 7 and even a season 8. I really want to see how the relationship turns out between Clark and Lana, because in the comics, Clark eventually tells Lana before he leaves for Metropolis. I definitely want them to bring in Bruce Wayne for an episode!

i think chole is not lois i think lois is clark real love and that they are perfect the only reason clark jealous of chole and jimmy is beacuse there is no love for him and he is lonely but i think clark will soon see lois and see that chole is just and always be a friend

I noticed one thing about the lexana thing and the Clana thing. Lana seemed more happy and joyful when she was with Clark. It looked like more of a genuine love, rather then now when she is with Lex, she seems not happy or satisfied. The Lex and Lana thing at first seemed interesting now its just plain boring. Maybe its just me imagining things or is it that Lex and Lana don't have feelings for eachother?

Smallville is AWESOME!! The thing I didn't like about season 5 was the whole lexana thing. EWWWW gross, it grosses me out everytime they kiss. It leaves a bad taste. When I started watching Smallville, I like the idea of Lana and Clark together, gradually it just became annoying. I like Lana as a actress, but making her say thos annoying lines like, "just tell me the truth" is getting really etc. old. The fact that she is always putting Clark down and making him feel bad just is irritating. I don't necessarily want to get rid of Lana. I still think that she will be a great part of the show, they should just do something more interesting with her, instead of her always complaining about everything. I think that Lexana will not last long, Lana will probably gradually lose her 'feelings' for Lex. If she even has any towards him, not just some rebound guy, I also think later on in season 6, I think that Lana will realize her 'feelings' for Clark, and run back to Clark, causing conflict between his present interest and how he has gradually moved on, that will really stir things up. I'm kinda neutral about the Clark and Chloe thing. I still want to see Clark give it another shot with Lana. But in her case she really has to change. I think Kirstin is great, but now every time I think of her, I always think of how she and Lex killed part of season 5. At this point, I'm not thinking of Lois as a really important part of this show. I just don't know why she was put in. Probably staying true to the comic books. But other then that SMALLVILLE IS THE BEST SHOW EVA!!

Please explain what Chlark and Clark is for those who haven't been tuned into this show for some time.

OMG!!!! THIS WAS THE BEST SEASON EVER!!!!! IT WAS SO AWESOME! I CRIED IN THE 100 EPESODE EVEN THOUGH MY SISTER ALREADY TOLD ME WHAT HAPPENS. I CAN'T BELIEVE CLARK & CHLOE KISSD! I WAS RUTTING FOR CLARK & LOIS TO GET TOGETHER SO I COULD GET USED TO THE FACT THAT HE & LANA AREN'T GETTING TOGETHER, EVEN THOUGH I REALLY DID WANT HIM & LANA TOGETHER, BUT NOW I DON'T WANT CLARK & LANA OR CLARK & LOIS TO GET TOGETHER, I WANT HIM & CHLOE TO. THIS SEASON WAS THE BEST EVER! -OBESSED

I loved Season 5, for the most part, and looking forward to 6. I am a little nervous with what I've been hearing and seeing. I pray Chloe doesn't lose screen time. The chemistry AM and TW have is so much fun to watch. Honestly, that, John Glover, and Annette O'Toole kept me going as the season plodded through. James Marsters rocked as Brainiac. More please. My favorite ep's Mortal(for the brilliant Chloe guiding Clark through the ventilation system), Splinter(for Tom and James' awesome work), Solitude, (for Chloe's nosiness saving the world by proxy), and Mercy (for the fabulous man that is John Glover). I am a tad older than the average viewer.

For this season I would love to see some good Martha and Lionel action.
I am a fan of Lex and Lana, I hope their storyline is interesting.
Chloe and Clark are great together whether they are saving the world or watching paint dry. I'm all for Jimmy getting some loving from Chloe so long as we eventually get the goods with her and Clark.

I now make my plea to the Powers that Be:

With all that is good and decent in this world please let the smart girl get the guy. When Clark realizes that Chloe is not just a confidant or simply a "best friend", but a woman to be in love with, you will send a message to all girls and women that it's okay to be smart; to have opinions and to voice them;to be loyal and honest;and to strive to be more than a pretty face. A message that is long overdue from hollywood, er...Vancouver.

Clana was the absolute last thing a lot of people ever wanted to see in season five; who wanted to see Clark sleep with a girl he feels he can't trust due to her well known disdain for those who are different? No reasonable fan, I can assure you. The proposal in the Fortress made Clark seem even more pathetic and Lana's reaction was completely out of character as well; furthermore she still went to Lex afterward, knowing Clark wouldn't like it, didn't she? Look at the trouble that caused. Yes, Lana is the same selfish unlikeable girl on Smallville as she is in the comics and fans should be aware of that.

Lexana is also rather pathetic and disgusting as a reason for Clark and Lex to finally no longer be friends since I'd think Lex conducting medical experiments on helpless victims would do that nicely but maybe Clark will finally see what kind of selfish and unfaithful girl she always was now.

But Allison Mack and Tom Welling as Chloe and Clark, together did make this season bearable. They have always been exciting together and have the dynamite chemistry I'm sure the producers had hoped they'd see with others.

It's time we had what fans have waited for five years to get: Clark realizing what a fantastic girl Chloe is and pursuing her as he should have done long ago. Now a little delay is okay but if the producers expect us to believe Chloe wouldn't give Clark a chance after all her years of longing for him and supporting him then we're not buying it and we don't want to watch it. Clark should be growing into his supermanhood but with Chloe at his side as partner and girlfriend.

It is Chloe and not her cousin who is widely regarded as the real Lois Lane of this tale and I hope the producers and your new network realize it. As such, we want to see her and no one else in a relationship with Clark. Her cousin has never been more than a rude annoyance to Clark and as a long time Superman fan I can assure you that Chloe and not her cousin is the only suitable Lois Lane. I hope you'll bring us the Chloe and Clark we've been hoping for and use the wonderful Allison Mack for publicity and promotions. She belongs there, at Clark's side.

So in season six we want real Chloe and Clark and Chloe as the real Lois after all. She's been that in everything but name for five years. It's time she gets the rewards for all that hard work. I want to see Clark finally embracing and experimenting with his ability to fly. Chloe can help.

i think season five was really good except for LEXANA... um that was disgusting. I love chloe but i like lana too and i do not like lois at all, i think they could of done something really awesome with the character but unfortunately they ahd to choose erica durance, um lois lane would never get a nose job or a boob job let alone BOTH. i have to say i was very disappointed with the casting for her. Also everyone hates lana but honestly it was the whole clana thing that really made the show and if she's second on the credits i highly doubt that she's going to be killed off AND kristen was chosen to play lana before tom was chosen to play clark so im pretty sure she is still going to have some major storylines. Anyways im stoked for season 6, and i really hope there will be a season 7 too because smallville is my favorite show ever!!

I love that Clark & Chloe Vessel Image. I hope she dumps jimmy and get with Clark. After Lana (Nasty Girl) went with him even when she still loved him she goes for him any way which by the way Lana is a slut. so I hope they get together and get married and if not Clark & Lois as long as it's not lana. Oh yeah, Iforgot 1 thing LEX is the best villain on TV and Michael R. is the best actor on smallville. He canget you to hate him as well as sympathize with him. He really gives a quality performance. I love 2 hate him. His thing with Lana makes my hatred for Lana perfect, too.(She's a good actress 2, but we're supposed to hate Lana. The writers were really failing the original story by making her so lovable in seasons 1&2) I love 2 hate them! it's what makes Smallville so much fun!

You younsters need to know, Smallville is faithful to the original Superman comics story. Lana Lang is supposed to be hated. She's Superman's 2nd weakness. It's all symbolic, y know.

while the real Lois dies saving mom from brainiac on the plane, chloe has to play dead bcs Lexana wants to kill her bcs she knows who Zod is and is trying to free Clark...Then Chloe assumes Lois' ID and the rest is history.... with Lois/chloe finishing the story. Who knew?

I can't believe so many ppl feel the same way I do about chloe. I have a way to keep it true to the original and keep chloe. as it is chloe will have to be killed off to make room for lois-who i really don't care for. any way....

Come on guys the chlark thing is not going to happen. You smallville fans must know that clark and Lois is going to be together. you can tell its going to happen when chloe finds out clark's secret in season 4.The one Clark is going to end up with will never find out his secret that early. But I have to tell you I can't wait until season 6 starts on september 28 YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait for the season premiere, sept. 28, im so excited, one of the reasons is because is my birthday, the best gift the CW Network can give me is the season premier of Smallville Season 6. i would love to see Clark developing his new power (THE FREEZING BLOWING FROM HIS MOUTH)on this new season, please guys don't forget that one. Also, will Clark become Superman with the whole outfit and everything in this Season?

Ok...Ok...I do agree, what was the purpose of bringing Lois into the pic? However, this show is a hit and I know that there was a plan/reason all along, we just don't see it. That's great! where to begin
1. bringingin lois was a mistake by the writers/ directors of the show. I fell they just brought her in because they were running out of ideas for the show. Clark kent isn't supposed to meet lois until he becomes super man, which he then falls in love w/ her.
Personally I am a an of chlark. clark and lana never fell in love they were just in a deep highschool infatuation. chloe is perfect for the person clark is at this time. If clark were stay like he is and not become superman, he and chloe would be perfect for each other. but since that wont happen, chloe wont be perfect for the man clark will become,superman. Hopefully lois will become the woman she needs to become for superman.
As of right now lois is just a playful flirty kinda banter for clark no where near fit for a relationship w/ clark now or as superman.
Hopefully lois will change into the woman she needs to be for superman. well actully she has to because os the 1st superman movie w/ christopher reeves. To all you clark and lana fans and chlark fans it will never happen b/c clark is destined to be w/ superman.

Lexana has killed the show. Who wants to see the leading lady with the villain. Season 5 was the worst season ever. Season 1 & 2 were great!

I think when Clark gets out he will realize what a big change the world has went through while he was gone. He will be more worried about saving the universe than Lana and Lex. Which is one couple one way or the other will not work out anyway. Eventually Clark and Lois will probably end up hooking up sometime down the road.

Great picture on this entry. Chloe is the reason I watch and Season 5 showed how talented Allison Mack is. I'm sure that's why she won Best Actress at Ksite by 52% more than the rest combined. It's a shame the CW doesn't realize what an absolute gem they have in her. She has chemistry with TW and MR that is really special. She makes her scenes special and worth viewing. Whatever "it" is, she has it. I'm burnt out on Smallville based upon the ads and all the preseason spoilers so I doubt I'll buy the dvds. But, I do think it was the best season since Season 1.

Me and my girlfriend watch this show religiously and have all the seasons on dvd. I just wanted to say that i have always loved lois and her spicy attitude and can't wait for thier relationship to devolep, i also can't wait for the season premiere!!! So excited.

I Love the Vessel kiss!! I stopped breathing when it happened (luckily I didn't stop EVERY time I rewatched it. I Love Chlark/Chlois and want so much to see them together as a couple and have them stay together *4evah* Seriously though, it's a good message sent on all fronts especially if in the end it's as it should be - them together.

I too love Chlark & the Chlois theory, yes, i am a guy & YES we do also watch Smallville for the romances, iv always loved Chloe, above Lana, "fake" Lois OR any other female fighting for Clark's attention...Chloe is the woman, she's the one that's always stood by Clark no matter what with no prejudices, that's what guys want, and Clark would be a TOTAL jerk to let "Chloe da Babe" slip through his fingers, i agree with my female Chlarkers here, Jimmy is only a temporary setback to get Clark's jealousy revved up!!!!

The Chlark is the best relationship on the show and that's what I want to see more of next season! Hopefully it won't take too long to get them to get together already! It's been 5 years so far... but I guess it's supposed to be "worth the wait" huh? ;-)

Chloe and Lionel are the last reasons to continue watching Lanaville. Well, there is one more reason - I still hope that Lana Lang will painfully die one day. Yes, I'm that naive.

Sadly, the Clana get together was the last thing many people ever wanted to see. It made Clark look supremely stupid and was probably the most revolting thing I've ever seen on Smallville.

However, Chloe has made the season watchable and Chloe and Clark together, a match people have been anticipating from the very beginning is sure to attract more viewers. Chloe is the real Lois of Smallville and she is everything Lois Lane the Icon should be. Bring us Chlark and Chlois and please don't make us wait any longer through any more angsty nonsense. As for "Lois" well...the less seen the better.

OMG I LUVVVV SMALLVILLE its a great show its my runner up after OTH which I Luvv. The chlois theory is so true I came upon that assumption a long time ago but none of my friends were with me now all the smallville fans are saying it to so I must have been on the right track. Chloe has all the chracteristics of the true Lois Lane, but then it confused everyone when chloe's cousin with the actual name Lois Lane came into the picture and then her and clark kind of had some wierd moments so you forgot about chloe. Im all for ALLISON MACK! But any romantic intrest besides lana is good for me because Im kind of tired of seeing clark fawn over her. Also who ever said
"Chlark does my romantic heart *a lot* of good. :)

Season 5 was great! My favorite episodes were Splinter and Reckoning. Splinter showed the real talent of Tom and his ability to amp up his performances. I also loved Fragile and Tom's directing debut. He was great with the little girl. Can't wait for the season opener. Great performances by all the cast in season 5! Way to go!

Season 5 was a great season for Smallville. The episode I like best was "Mercy." I definitly think that a Chlark is going to happen. Clark/Chloe will make a great couple. They look great together. Chimmy will be good to because IF Lex and Lana are not together then maybe just maybe Clark and Lana could get back together and give it another try. I thought that Clark and Lana made a really cute couple.

All I have to say is SQUEEEEE, can't wait for the DVD to be out so I can own me those deleted scenes. (And a major WHY didn't you keep some of them in? cry on the side)

I'm hoping the Lexana is true love, or close enough to cause continuity into the current canon where Lana is running LexCorp.

Season 5 IS the best, (tied with season 3 in my book in fact), favorite episode has to be Arrival and Season 6..... More movement towards their destinies, with Chloe becoming more ILL. Chimmy is the Sam/Pete of the Stargate world. Clois is the incestual ick relationship, And Chlark is a by-product of Chlois.

Most people will roll their eyes and say "Not another Crazy Chloiser" but instead of ridiculing think WHY is the Chlois theory SO popular? The Answer will surprise you, it isn't about Chloe, or the two actresses, or a ship battle (Chlark love and Clois hate).

If you honestly sat down with a Chloiser you will find that is it about Who Lois Lane (the Icon) IS. The Core/Essense/Soul.

It is about wanting to believe in our heroes and role models. It is about wanting the Tortoise to win and the Ant to live over the Hare and Grasshopper.

No one really wants to be told that hard work doesn't pay off, that dreams don't come true, that the Hare wins the race or the Grasshopper lives a comfortable healthy life while the Ant toils for scraps.

Chlois is about HOPE.

I love that pic! It's the "possibility of Chlark" that's bringing me (and a lot of other fans) back this season. Chloe and Clark have such a great relationship -- all they really need to become a couple is to acknowledge it's more than just friendship. I believe Jimmy is nothing more than a minor roadblock to keep them apart, and I'm looking forward to seeing them finally get together!

I have a soft spot for seasons 2 and 3, but season 5 was definitely a good one for Smallville. The first half is probably the most solid batch of episodes they've ever done.

The Chloe/Clark dynamic was at it's strongest last season, and that kiss in the finale was the icing on the cake. I'm exciting for the oncoming Chimmy, but I figure we'll start to see Clark realize he has feelings for Chloe this season. It's cool, I think Clark needs time to get over Lana and be on his own, and Chloe really should at least try having a relationship with someone besides Clark. So long as it culminates in Chlark, I'm cool.

That was one helluva kiss between Clark & Chloe at the end of S5... it's one of the only things besides Michael playing Zod that's making me come back to watch S6.

To me season five showed the characters really maturing in a sense. I was very glad to see the rounding about of the Lex vs. Clark antics as well. Also with a lot of Chloe focus in season five, that to me made it so much better. We really hardly ever got to see her in the past seasons. She was more of a background character, but in season five, they really brought her out. Plus, of course the Chloe/Clark kiss. How hot was that? Seriously, I thought my T.V. was melting (lame I know). I am really looking foward to some more Clark/Chloe in season six, because that finale was such a tease! Unfortunatly with Jimmy coming on to the scene, I'm hoping against hope here that somewhere during the season we get the Chlark we've been waiting for! Plus Lex/Zod, hot. I love evil Lex. He makes it hard to choose sides.

Season 5 was my favourite as a Chloe fan first. Loved, loved the Chlark relationship!! Come on TPTB, make a chlarker happy and give me my ship in season 6 :D

Chlark, baby! Finally some acknowledgement for what is one of the best relationships onscreen - including that of "Lois Lane" and Clark. Chlark and Chlois will elevate Smallville beyond the regular tv shows we're used to. SV will then become the sort TV people will remember.

That's pic right there is pretty much the only reason to watch season 5. SOOO WORTH THE WAIT...especially if we have more to look forward to in season 6. And CHlois of course!! It's nice to see the focus back on the foursome we started this series with. Chloe embodies everything Lois Lane should be. She is Lois Lane, and watch her, Clark, Lex and Lana without the inteference of unneccesary characters like Lois will be welcome. Get back to basics! I love the idea of CHLois and Clark paired off against Lex and Lana. Also, finally I'm actually looking forward to seeing Lana onscreen. And MR ROCKS!

Smallville really became the Superman story :)

I was really glad to see Chloe's "Fever" letter start to come true with Clark outgrowing Lana and starting to grow into Chloe throughout the season, especially in "Vessel" (and yes, I do hope this develops even further :) with that awesome, epic kiss!

It was great to see Lex getting darker and shadier and to see Clark become the antithesis of that and really step it up even more and be a hero, with or without his powers.

I also really love The Daily Planet and evil Lana :)

Season 5 along with season 1&3 were my favorite. Lots of Chloe and Clark doing their reporter thing and acting like Lois and Clark of the comics/movies/tv shows. LOVE CHLARK!

I'm not to fond of the spoilers we do have, too much of that brat Lois and Ollie.

But the stills for ZOD look great! Chloe is looking awesome in those stills with Clark and on her own. Touchy Feely Chlark is the best kind ;)

I will only accept Chimmy if it means Clark will be jealous and so it will lead to CHLARK!

Hey kids! Stumbled upon this blog a while back, but I didnt have the time or opportunity to formulate a proper post for you concerning Smallville. If you loved season 5, you're going to be even more enthralled with what we have in store for you this season. I cant give any specific details, so dont think I'll let anything slip. ;) I'll just leave you in suspence until you see the season opener in a month or so.
