I am proud to say that I voted for Supernatural. I am a Die hard fan of the show and I am really REALLY glad that it won this sourcie... The show doesn't get a chance to get any awards outside the ones that are voted BY fans! Even though this was just a dream sequence it was one of the funny Bela moments (especially if you watch the scene from start to finish).
Im glad that my boys have won once more, and I do hope that they'll win more because the sourcies season is out!

I watch OTH, GG and sometimes Reaper out of these.

The one picked for OTH was AWFUL - I hate the Skills/Deb pairing. BRING BACK SKILLZ/BEVIN PLEASE!

MY vote definetely goes to Chuck/Blair - it had the element of surprise, and these two have so much chemistry - sadly, you can't see too much of that in the clip, unless you know it's there.

The Supernatural I have no idea about but my impression was that it was a dream sequence, which doesn't count. And Brucas's dream sequence in OTH a few seasons ago was WAYY hotter than that one.

The smallville was was, like, NOTHING. was that even a hookup??

the supernatural fans have a right to react to this poll because it wasn't a hook up, nor was it the best because of the portrayal of lauren cohan's character. (i have nothing against bela, and even hoped she would make it to the next season)

i mean she was a character made to cause trouble and sparks for our lovable winchester brothers. this dream was just a laugh out loud scene because of what happened afterward where sam was acting all awkward around bela after that.

to a lot of supernatural fans, this poll seemed to make the fans not want to vote and therefore, it kinda looks like they just want another show to beat them in a sourcie.

the logic is somewhat skewed and i think that gives the right to say something about this particular poll, similarly to the slapstick and men in suits, where spn won, only barely.

Yeah how desperate can you be to include Sam/Bela - it wasn't even a hook up. It was a wet dream, they made a joke out of it when Sam woke up because he couldn't stand up.

Sam-Bela was just a dream but Clark and Lana sure didn't have their first-time hookup!

Because am not watching GG or OTH I can only judge their hotness on the provided video and that was pretty low.

If people are ranting against voting for Supernatural, then why is it still winning? Come on people, Not my favourite show and definitely not easy to keep track of all the bed hopping that happened in it's freshman year but vote for Gossip Girl. Its lead couple(Serena & Dan) may be boring as hell but it did have the best hook-up this past season.

I'm a die-hard Supernatural fan but there is no way I'm voting for that ridiculous scene. This should show how much Supernatural isn't a soap opera where everybody sleeps with each other at least ones.

In my opinion, the best actual "hookup" (as opposed to just kissing) on Supernatural, was Dean-Cassie in Season 1. Dean's back movement and the way the light and shadows played against his (Jensen's) back...dayum! The avatar of that scene is amazing!

As for this current poll, I agree with others that SPN shouldn't be an option in this poll, since the Sam-Bela scene wasn't an actual "hookup" (there was no sex and it was just a dream). I don't hate Bela, so that has nothing to do with my opinion.

To the best of my recollection, Sam and Bela never got together--it was a dream Sam had. Neither Sam nor Dean were with Bela.

I voted for it because it was Supernatural and that's the only show I watch on this station, not to mention the best show on TV.

If I may digress slightly, why don't you publicize Supernatural the way you do One Tree Hill or Gossip Girl? Whenever I watch CW all I see is publicity for every other show EXCEPT Supernatural. Why is that? Just because Supernatural has a very loyal fan base doesn't mean you can stop publicizing it. We fans do more to publicize the show via word of mouth than I've seen the network ever do. It's a phenomenal show and it deserves some publicity. Please. There's a reason it is dominating these polls. Great plots, great acting, terrific main characters who have a great chemistry--no one would guess they're NOT brothers, amazing special effects...they deserve some publicity.

I was simply stating that I think it's a little dumb that people are freaking out over people voting against Supernatural because they didn't like the scene.

I also think if a fan of Superantural would like to vote for something else, than that is fine too. As I said Supernatural is my favourite, but I do like OTH too... so sometimes I vote for that.
As for not wanting "my show" to win... well I kinda consider them both "my shows" so... well I guess I want ONE of "my shows" to win.

I wasn't being defensive... more saying it was kinda silly of people to be freaking out because they don't like the scenes picked by Sarah, Jackie and Mia. It is their pole, so they get to pick the scenes!

apart from me <3 hearting them - i just didn't like the choice from oth. i <3 skills & deb but not together. it's kind of gross and disturbing.
skills is kind of like an older brother to jamie and the thought of him being with his GRANDMOTHER - no matter how hot or young she is - it still makes me sick

The best component of the SN hookup was the next part of the scene not shown in the clip ... where Dean teases Sam about his "Happy Noises".

Well I agree that as Lisa said the steamiest hookup we've EVER seen on Supernatural was the Sam/Madison one from Heart .. unfortunately, that was not from the current season.

As for Sam/Bela ... there was actually some "steamy" in there .. granted it was a dream sequence and not an actual hookup. I think the uproar is because most fans really really disliked Bela (and some actually the actress too). I actually thought the actress did a good job of portraying the character as someone we WEREN'T supposed to immediately like (and then the writers did the rest by always writing her to be unlikeable ..).

As far as I can recall (w/o sitting down and watching the entire season - which I can't do because it isn't out on DVD yet) ... this scene was the "most" we saw either Sam or Dean this season. The rest were "just" kisses (ie standing up) - not saying that none of those were enjoyable .. or happened more offscreen than on it.

Since I'm not as familiar with everything about the characters/shows in the category either - and having to judge based just on the clips selected - I tried to put my prior knowledge of the Sam/Bela characters out of my mind when watching their scene too. I thing it gives a different perspective if you're not pre-judging the hookup before it even starts.

I voted for Supernatural, because I love Bela, Lauren is a very good actrice. This scene was hot and the end very funny, even if it was only a dream.

And if they did vote against because they thought another scene was better, than that is a good thing. People shouldn't just vote because Supernatural is their favourite show. They should vote based on the topic.

Personally I like both shows, but Superntural is my favourite. That doesn't mean once in a while I won't vote for someone else if the scene fits the topic better?

The Sourcies are usually a fun way to pass some time during the long summer hiatus, but I honestly need to question your logic so far this year! My comments will focus on Supernatural since that’s what I know best.

First, in the Men in Suits category... you fail to show Sam in his tux whereas all the other contenders were shown. Luckily, SN won that poll (barely).

Then in Best Slapstick, you show a Mystery Spot scene with Dean dying rather than something from a true slapstick episode, Bad Day at Black Rock. Despite that, SN won that poll too.

Now you present Best First-Time Hookups and pick the Sam/Bela scene, which wasn’t anywhere near a hook-up! (it would've been better for SN to have been left off this one) You may not realize it, but a large number of SN fans are actually voting =against= their show and voting for OTH simply because it’s in second place and has a chance of winning! This is one poll where many SN fans don’t want to win!

When the fans of a show are actually voting against their show, then you know something isn't right. Let’s hope the rest of the Sourcies follow some better logic.

The steamiest hookup on Supernatural was Sam and Madison - episode Heart -
that sex scene would win hands down in comparison to the other selections from CW.

OMG the Chuck and Blair hook-up was AMAZING. Im peretyy sure to say for all the users that we like to watch Chuck change for Blair.

Oh man, I HATED The Blair/Chuck hookup... and Sam/Bela, which wasn't even a hookup! Dean/Lisa would have been better, but they hooked up like eight years ago, so Supernatural should have been left out of this category altogether.

I've voted for Supernatural cause I'm a true Supernatural fan. If you don't want Supernatural win, fine but don't vote for another show. Even betwenn Bela and Sam it was only a dream it was very hot and funny, I loved this scene.

it looks like they are trying to make supernatural lose a category here. =/ noticing all the negative review about bela and this wasn't really a hook up for sam. he was almost disgusted at himself afterwards which was funny to watch.

Chuck+Blair better win.

First off, I think Lana and Bizzaro were better than Lana and Clark even though the two guy were played by the same person.

Second, I prefer Dean and Bela than Sam and Bela. And I think it is possible that Dean and Bela may hook up next season and Sam may get jealous.

Third, I don't really have anything against Sam and Andi but I just feel like Reaper is a combination of Smallville and Supernatural. Because like Clark from Smallville Sam isn't really human and like Sam and Dean from Supernatural Sam kill demon for a living.

Fourth the whole Skills with Deb is just plain creepy.

There is nothing wrong with Chuck and Blair because they bring drama, excitement, laughter, suspence, chemistry, love and everything else to Gossip Girl. That is why I voted for them.

I voted for Sam/Bela, simply because for some reason, I read Blair/Chuck as Serena/Chuck, and I'm a huge Supernatural fan. But Sam/Bela really shouldn't be up there, considering it was in a dream sequence, and Lana/Clark was only hot when it was Lana/Bizarro Clark.

I think people are not voting based on the clip that was shown and the title best first time hookup. They are voting based on their favorite show and that's not the idea. This seem to be a pattern. I am an OTH and supernatural fan but based on the clip GG was the steamiest hookup.

I think there is some sort of misunderstanding when it comes to the CW Source.

They are not the network itself. They are a New York affiliate, meaning they carry the CW. The ladies here, time and time again have had to remind people that they don't actually represent the network as a whole. Their blog has just become very popular, particularly because they give good attention to shows with big and loyal fanbases such as OTH and SN.

While I don't really like this particular poll, it is in no way the CW trying to backhand us SN fans once again. The girls may have missed this one, but I think some are being rather harsh on them, to the point of nastiness.

It's the side of the SN fandom that makes me turn away from it.

I didn't vote in the poll, simply because I either haven't seen the "hookups" or I merely rejected the options I have seen. I feel badly for the ladies who blog there and are getting torn apart by members of our fandom.

They give us press and while I wouldn't suggest kissing everyone's backside who does give us press, these gals have gone above and beyond.

Not to high on OTH genreally, I'm so over LanaClark, I don't find anything they do steamy or sexy or interesting anymore, AndiSam are cute but that's about it, and even if I'm a diehard SPN fan, who thought the SamBela dream sequence was easily the one thing Bela related that didn't suck, ChuckBlair didn't disappoing on ANY level and totally deseve the props.

The Sam's dream of Bela doesn't equal a hookup, just a strange creep nightmare.

I love Supernatural, but they shouldn't be in this category, especially with Sam/Bela. They didn't even hook-up. It was a dream and a useless one at that.

And than you have Smallville’s Clark and Lana. They have been a on and off again couple since the end of the second season. Not to mention that they lost their virginity to each other in season five when Clark lost his powers. So how is this a first-time hook-up?

I’m actually surprise for the OTH clip you didn’t have Nathan and the Nanny, after all Haley did have a dream about them sleeping together, plus there is also the whole shower scene when the Nanny thought they were going to hook up.
